Yang/Yin

Monday
16.00 - 17.15
A practice of balance, harmony, and integration. Yang Yin combines the best of both worlds: the first half of class will guide you through a dynamic, flowing sequence to build strength, flexibility, and vitality (Yang). This mindful movement awakens the body and helps release surface tension. The second half invites you into deep stillness and surrender with Yin postures — long-held, floor-based shapes designed to target connective tissues, nourish joints, and cultivate a sense of inner spaciousness and deep relaxation. Occasionally, we may also integrate some Restorative postures — equally long-held shapes but with more support from our props (bolsters, blocks, blankets) to really give our mind/body/soul the opportunity to drop and release. This is the weekly practice for you craving one feel-good, holistic and balanced session in every way. You’ll leave feeling both energized and deeply grounded, with a calm nervous system and a clear mind. Suitable for all levels.
