What does the transition into winter mean for our yoga practice? How can we nourish ourselves during the change of seasons and how can we celebrate through honoring the idea of wintering in the broadest sense of the word? Claudia weaves in yoga therapeutics, as well as seasonal and cyclical wisdom to create a warming, nourising practice.
Every week, the first part of our 75 minutes together is dedicated to a gentle flow for winter, inquiry practices, and then followed by the space of deep rest where we practice yoga nidrā together and tap into a different theme every week.

At Studio Mā all classes run as part of courses, but we offer plenty of freedom within the course format.
What if I miss a class?
Can I sign up for several courses?
Can I sign up after the course has started?
No problem! You can simply sign yourself off the class you can't attend. This gives you a 'bonusklipp' that you can use for any other class at Studio Mā during the same course period. This means you don't lose the classes you paid for.
Yes, and you can do so with a massive discount! Your second course at Mā during the same course round comes with a 60% discount and your third with an 80% discount! You'll receive the discount code when you sign up for your first course.
Yes! You'll pay only for the classes that are left in the course round, so you can join anytime as long there is space.
