Mama Baby Yoga Strength

Welcome to a mama baby yoga course centered around strengthening the body - with a special focus on the core and pelvic floor after birth - through joyful movement, supportive breathing and playful exercises with the babies. 

We’ll start with gentle warmup movement and breathing practices to release tension and reconnect with our bodies, gradually building strength and stability with targeted postures. Each class will incorporate movement and breath designed to safely engage the deep core and pelvic floor muscles, promoting recovery and building the foundation for overall strength. With baby close by or on us, we'll weave playful interactions into the practice, fostering bonding and encouraging relaxation for both of you. 

 

This course is open for all mamas from 6 weeks postpartum.

About Claudia Menger

Claudia is a yoga teacher and women's guide, specialised in therapeutic feminine yoga for rites of passages and smaller transitions in life. She believes in living and working, and practicing yoga, according to the  cycles of life, and she’s passionate about the practice of deep rest. Claudia is also the first and only to offer dedicated c-section scar offerings.
