This class is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and listen in. It’s for anyone who feels overwhelmed, burned out, or simply longs for a pocket of calm. Perhaps you're carrying the mental load of parenthood, have endless to-do lists at work, struggle with sleep at night or maybe simply can't really reminder the last time you actually felt rested. This is for you. It’s equally supportive and safe for those living with chronic fatigue, long covid, or autoimmune conditions who need a supportive space to rest and restore.
Each week, we gently explore practices that support your nervous system — learning when movement nourishes, and when stillness is the medicine. Through soft yoga, guided rest, and simple reflections, you’ll gather tools that help you meet daily life with more steadiness and care.
You’ll be guided to:
- Prepare for and receive deep rest
- Listen to and honor your body’s signals
- Protect your energy with supportive boundaries
- Cultivate safety, balance, and resilience from within.
No experience is needed — simply come as you are, and give yourself permission to pause.

About Claudia
Claudia is a yoga teacher and coach, specialized in therapeutic yoga for big and small transitions in life, and the practice of deep rest. Yoga Nidra is her love language and she's the co-created of Scandinavia's most comprehensive yoga nidra teacher training. Her own experience with burnout inspired her to keep returning to rest and her studies led her to exploring different ways to support the nervous system.
