This is a space for anyone feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or simply longing for rest. Whether you're navigating stress, recovering from exhaustion, or just craving a moment to breathe — you're welcome here.
Each week, we help you reconnect with your nervous system, understand when to move and when to pause, and learn how to truly rest. Through gentle yoga, mindfulness, and simple reflections, you’ll build a toolbox of support to carry into everyday life.
You’ll learn how to:

✨ Cultivate a sense of safety and balance — from the inside out
You don’t need any experience to join.
The Rested You is a collaboration between Claudia Menger & Rachel Brownbridge. Together they are on a mission to help people feel a little more rested - through workshops, retreats and their Yoga Nidra Facilitator Training. This course at Studio Mā is taught by Claudia, while Rachel teaches this course in Geilo.

About Claudia
Claudia is a yoga teacher and coach, specialized in therapeutic yoga for big and small transitions in life, and the practice of deep rest. Yoga Nidra is her love language and she's the co-created of Scandinavia's most comprehensive yoga nidra teacher training. Her own experience with burnout inspired her to keep returning to rest and her studies led her to exploring different ways to support the nervous system.
