This course is for you who is going through a time where it’s all too much. Perhaps you’re feeling stressed, perhaps you are home with a burnout, or perhaps you just need a safe space to recover and come back to balance.

 

During this course we use the tools of yoga, mindfulness and reflection to move through this stressful time. Every week we focus on a different theme and throughout the course you’ll learn how to support your own nervous system, when to move and when to rest, how to rest and pause, how to protect yourself and set boundaries, and other super accessible ways to come back to balance.

 

You absolutely don’t need any experience with these kinds of practices to join this course.

NOTE: no session on the 16th of September

The Rested You is a collaboration between Rachel Brownbridge and Claudia Menger. Together they are on a mission to help people feel a little more rested - through workshops, retreats and their Yoga Nidra Facilitator Training. This course at Studio Mā is taught by Claudia. You'll find them together during workshops at Studio Mā, too. The next one is August 31st.

About Claudia

Claudia is a yoga teacher and coach, specialized in therapeutic yoga for big and small transitions in life, and the practice of deep rest. Yoga Nidra is her love language.
