This course is for you who is ready to learn how to support your nervous system, how to rest, how to prepare for rest, and how to truly feel deserving of pausing and resting. It might be that you're going through a time where it’s all a bit much. Perhaps you’re feeling stressed, perhaps you are home with a burnout, or perhaps you just need a safe space to be and come back to balance.
During this course we use the tools of yoga, mindfulness and reflection to move through. Every week we focus on a different theme and throughout the course you’ll learn how to support your own nervous system, when to move and when to rest, how to rest and pause, how to protect yourself and set boundaries, and other super accessible ways to come back to balance.
You absolutely don’t need any experience with these kinds of practices to join this course.

The Rested You is a collaboration between Claudia Menger & Rachel Brownbridge. Together they are on a mission to help people feel a little more rested - through workshops, retreats and their Yoga Nidra Facilitator Training. This course at Studio Mā is taught by Claudia, while Rachel teaches this course in Geilo.
