A gentle evening of release, reflection, and rest

Between Christmas and the New Year lies a rare pocket of stillness — a natural pause before the next cycle begins. This evening invites you to soften into that in-between space, to release what the year has carried and open to what wishes to unfold.

Guided by Claudia Menger, we’ll begin with releasing movement: gentle, fluid practices to help the body digest and let go, especially after the fullness of Christmas. From there, we’ll move into guided reflection and ritual. As the evening deepens, you’ll be guided into a nourishing Yoga Nidra ceremony — a journey to dissolve what no longer serves and receive clarity and renewal for the year to come.

We’ll close with tea and quiet time for journaling or sharing, leaving you rested, light, and resourced for the transition into the new year.
