Inwards - a rest + reflection evening
This two-hour session offers a sanctuary of rest and reflection. Through nervous-system-nourishing movement, deep rest, and somatic journaling, we create space to feel and be.
The practice will begin with gentle, grounding movement to support the nervous system. From there, you’ll be guided into deep rest through yoga nidrā. Journaling will help you reflect on your experience and bring clarity, so you leave not only restored but also with insights you can carry with you.
This session is open to all, no previous experience needed—simply come as you are and allow yourself to be held.
