The Sleep Well Club
March 12th
Sleep shapes everything: our nervous system, our mood, our health, and our capacity to meet life. And yet, for so many of us, sleep has become confusing, effortful, or charged with pressure.
In this 2.5-hour workshop, you’re invited into an evening where sleep is made understandable, human, and doable.
Together with Rachel and Claudia from The Rested You, and dr. Laura Bojarskaite, a neuroscientist specializing in sleep, we’ll explore how sleep actually works: from the brain and nervous system perspective, and why so many common struggles with sleep make complete sense.
The first part of the workshop includes a talk where science meets everyday life: clear, accessible knowledge about sleep, stress, rhythms, and regulation. From there, we open into a long, spacious Q&A, making room for your real questions and lived experiences (no “perfect sleeper” expectations!).
We then shift from understanding to embodiment. Through gentle somatic movement and a long guided deep rest practice, you’ll be supported in feeling what rest and safety can be like in your body, not as something to achieve, but something to allow.
This workshop is for you if you want:
-
To understand sleep without being overwhelmed by advice
-
To make small, realistic changes that actually support your nights
-
To feel less alone with your sleep struggles
-
To experience rest as something supportive, not another task
You don’t need to sleep well to come. This space is for learning, softening, and being supported exactly where you are.
