Healing After C-section

This course is for the mamas who birthed through their belly. Over the course of 6 weeks, we gather to learn, process, share and move after a cesarean birth. We explore safe and nourishing movement to support recovery (physically and emotionally), learn about scar healing, mobilization and massage, and reconnect with our bodies through movement and accessible meditations. 

 

You are welcome to join us at any point postpartum and your baby is so welcome to join, too. 


 

You’ll be guided by Claudia Menger (yoga teacher, c-section recovery specialist, and double belly birther). Guest teacher: Mona Valstad Elsness (osteopath and physical therapist specializing in women’s health).
