In this class, you will be guided through a transformative journey of movement, breathwork, and meditation. These practices are designed to help you transition from stress and stuckness to clarity and flow. By connecting with our breath, we can stimulate creativity, break free from repetitive thought patterns, reconnect with the present moment, and experience heightened vitality and sensation in our bodies. If you seek more inspiration, deeper access to your emotions, and increased energy, the power of breath can facilitate these transformations.

We will begin with gentle movements and stretches to release accumulated tension and open up the body, with a particular focus on awakening the spine – essential for regulating our nervous system. Following this, we will explore various proven breathwork techniques, such as coherent breathing, which reduces stress and aligns our heart, mind, and emotions energetically. We will conclude with meditation and mindfulness, allowing you to let go of worries and return to your true, connected state of being.

About Kat Dizdar

Kat is a trained breathwork facilitator and the founder of Free Souls United, an online platform for self-growth. Kat discovered breathwork while living in London and wanting to find a way to get out of her head and connect more deeply with her emotions, and she now shares the magic of breathwork with others.
